Education and Affiliations
Faith graduated from Drury University with an impressive 4.0 GPA and a degree in Organizational Communication and Leadership. Her passion for education burns bright, and in addition to attending numerous continuing legal education courses, she is currently working on her master’s degree in organizational communication at Drury University. She is also affiliated with the St. Louis Paralegal Association and MATA’s paralegal chapter.
Faith’s Career History
Faith began her work as a paralegal in 2001 when she accepted a position at a national firm. She was quickly identified as being adept in commercial policy and medical malpractice claims and was asked by the managing partner to specialize in those more complex areas.
Throughout her professional journey, Faith has expanded her role to a position of leadership, as she finds immense personal satisfaction in guiding others on their own journey of success. As the firm’s manager, she is able to assist her team in developing the best version of themselves individually and as a supportive team member. She also enjoys the opportunity to work alongside the paralegals in handling client matters and working to ensure everyone who hires The Wilbers Law Firm has a positive experience.
Faith Joins The Wilbers Law Firm
Faith joined the firm in 2016 and, using her keen understanding of innovative structuring and effective training strategies, grew the support team from one to 16 team members in under five years. She continues to bring a high level of experience and professional knowledge to our firm in managing the team and taking care of daily operations. Faith has been instrumental in developing efficient office systems, policies, and infrastructure, and has orchestrated two physical moves into upgraded office space.
Aside from her leadership and management responsibilities, she continues to focus on commercial policy cases, complex medical cases, and difficult or high-level cases requiring intricate legal strategy.
A Glimpse at Her Personal Life
Faith is a native of Long Island, New York. She has had a thriving marriage with her high school sweetheart for more than 25 years. Together, they have three children, two girls who are now grown and have families of their own, and a teenage son they enjoy supporting from the stands of the football field.
Faith enjoys volunteering through the firm and in her personal life. She partners with a variety of charities both in her local community and around the globe and has a particular soft spot for Special Olympics. She is also an avid gamer, whether it be video games, phone apps, virtual reality, board games, cards, murder mysteries, puzzles, or escape rooms, she’s in for the win!
